Information you give us

We collect information you choose to share, including when you:

• Book a Clarity Session (your name, email address, and any answers you provide in the booking form)
• Email us or reach out on social media
• Request your Self-Security Assessment results by email or join our email list
• Purchase a coaching package (payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number)

Your Self-Security Assessment answers

Your assessment answers are scored in your own browser and are not stored by us. If you choose to have your results emailed to you, we store your email address and your results summary with our email provider so we can send them.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.

We may use analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and, if we run advertising, tools such as the Meta Pixel to measure whether our ads are useful. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies. You can limit ad tracking through your browser and your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com and may set its own cookies when it loads.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Schedule and hold your Clarity Session and coaching sessions
• Respond to your questions
• Send your assessment results and emails you’ve signed up for (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Process payments
• Understand and improve our website and marketing

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do so:

• Vercel (website hosting)
• Cal.com (scheduling) and Zoom (video sessions)
• Stripe (payments)
• Kit (email)
• Sanity (website content; no visitor information is stored there)
• Meta and Google (advertising and analytics, if used)

What you share in coaching

What you share during coaching sessions is kept confidential, within legal limits, and is governed by your coaching agreement rather than this website policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email. To access, correct, or delete your information, email hello@koriharingcoaching.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor requests as required by applicable law.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
